Education

We strive for an education facet to our work. Therefore, we as individuals are beginning farmers, hence we are learning each & every day that we spend in the field. Likewise, we have a number of volunteers who come out each week, who have never even planted a vegetable before. Similarly, they learn new skills & facts each time they come out to one of our sites.

We also have and work with 2 local childrens groups, The boys and girls club & a bilingual nursery school, Mi Escuelita Maya. The are wonderful and we would like to be able to expand to include more .
